The mission of the Chiefs' Council Case Plan Committee is to advance the understanding of case planning, with fidelity, throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In order to enhance an evidence-based approach to supervision, our committee works to integrate the strengths, needs, and responsivity factors as identified in the YLS/CMI, into other Juvenile Justice System Enhancement Strategies. The committee offers guidance and support, and strives toward encouraging consistency statewide through training, education, policy development, promoting resources and continuous quality improvement.
