The Service Enterprise Board Committee is a strategic advisory body established to support, guide, and oversee the progress of the organization’s Service Enterprise program. Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level oversight and direction to ensure the successful implementation of the Service Enterprise initiative.
Support the development and execution of policies and practices guiding the Service Enterprise Program.
Monitor progress of Service Enterprise certification and ongoing standards of excellence.
Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability between the board, staff, and volunteers.
Evaluate impact and sustainability of the Service Enterprise model.
