Description:
This committee manages membership applications, maintains the member directory, and actively recruits new members.
Identifies retiring individuals within the organization—including Chiefs, Deputy Chiefs, Supervisors, Probation Officers, and Support Staff—and ensures they are honored for their years of service and dedication to the Juvenile Justice system. Recognition is provided through a plaque or certificate, typically at a general membership meeting.
In addition, the committee coordinates expressions of sympathy or condolences to members and their families during times of loss. The committee chair communicates relevant member information to Chiefs using the organization's website email system.
