Hosting packages for community-based organizations and non-profits start at

System
Keeping track of dozens
of members can be difficult. If the member list is kept on a variety
of different systems, it's even more difficult. By keeping your
member database online, your chapter officers can maintain and share
member information online! Included with web
hosting, or available separately starting at $10/month, the Member Management
System includes:
- Member Database- allows
you to maintain name, address, phone, email, member status information for
your organization. Print pre-formatted member phone lists, address
lists, mailing labels and more...
- Renewal System- a tool to
allow you to produce membership renewal notices.
- Online Member's Area- the
member's area is where you can limit access to some of your organization's
information to "members only". Also allows members the
ability to change their own name & address
info.
- Online Dues Payment /
Donations- via a PayPal interface, your members can pay their dues
online. You can also accept donations online via this system as
well!
- Message Boards- allow
members to conduct ongoing discussions online.
- Polling- poll your
membership to get feedback.
- Project Pages,
Committee Pages- allow members to sign up for projects and
committees. Easily update pages detailing your various
projects/committees.
- Event Calendar- the event
calendar features all of your organization's upcoming events.
- File Archive-
share documents with your officers and members. keep historical
documents online.
