For the remainder of the season we will be switching to bi-weekly swims. There will be no strength or swim sessions on December 13, 20 or 27. On January 3rd we will resume with bi-weekly swims, the strength sessions will remain weekly. On the weeks that we do not have swim sessions I will lead a group run from Fairview Pool before the strength session. I will also continue to send out weekly swim workout emails.
