Surveys- conduct surveys to collect information about
your members. (For general-public surveys use the Forms Builder,
the surveys module is designed to restrict feedback to one-response-per-member)
Forms Builder- build custom web-based forms to allow anyone
to fill out forms on a website. Can be used to submit requests,
provide feedback, ask questions, and more.
RSS Feeds- RSS feeds are provided with the calendar of events
and the news module as well. RSS stands for 'really simple syndication'
and is a common XML format to publish frequently changing data on
the web. This allows you to publish your events and news so that
they can be re-published on other sites.
Custom Reporting- Set up an unlimited number of
custom reports to print formatted member lists, address lists, mailing
labels, and more...
Branding-
seamlessly alter the look of the MMS to match the rest of your website
by customizing the colors and adding customized headers and footers.
Projects
/ Committees- allow members to sign up for projects, classes,
committees, and events. Easily update pages detailing your
various projects/committees. Store committee documents
and allow committees to easily communicate with one another. Send
broadcast emails to committee members.
Event Calendar- easily updateable online, the event calendar
features all of your organization's upcoming events. The event
calendar can be public and/or members-only. Various formats are
available.
News-
keep members updated with the latest news from your organization,
presented on your website.
Publish news items on your website, along with RSS feeds.
Newsletter
Editor -
edit a detailed electronic newsletter, sent via email as well as
published on your website.
The editor allows you to create a 'template', after which you can
create newsletter issues, using the template framework.
Press Releases- similar to the news module, this
feature allows your members to submit press releases to published
on your website. A press release editor has the opportunity to approve/disapprove
of submissions.
Content Manager- for many websites, this tool can be configured
to allow non-tech users to easily update and format various sections
of text within their website.
Attendance/Activity Tracking- keep track of your members
and their involvement.
Contact Tracking- keep track of your contact with your members
and prospects.
Online
Member's Area- the member's area is where you can limit access
to some of your information to "members only". The
Member's Area also allows members the ability to change their own
name & address info.
Message Boards- allow members to conduct ongoing discussions
online. Multiple boards can be organized around different subject
categories; within which, members can start topics for discussion.
Photo
Album- publish an album of photos of your members and projects.
Photos can be labeled and the album can be public or members-only.
Photos can be organized into multiple volumes.
Membership
Interest Form - this feature allows prospective members
to fill out a form to request more info. Their info is sent as an
email to a designated email, and is also loaded into the member
database as a prospect record.
Classified Ads / Job Board- allows ads to be posted
on your website or within the members-only area.
File Archive-
share documents with your board/officers and members. Post
documents such as newsletters and meeting minutes online. Keep documents
organized into categories, and easily searchable.
Call
for Proposals - in preparation for a conference/convention,
you might conduct a 'call for proposals' to determine who will present
at the event. Included is a system that makes this process much
easier.
All
