Want to reach not only the foodservice industry, but Oklahoma’s two largest dining communities? Growing in popularity, our two Odyssey fundraising and awareness dinners are held to benefit Oklahoma ProStart® through the Oklahoma Hospitality Foundation 501(c)3. Five top chefs from Oklahoma City and five top chefs from Tulsa, each create an elegant evening of delicious food and fine wine to support hospitality education. In a typical year, Culinary students are selected from Oklahoma ProStart® to shadow and gain experience alongside the chefs. In 2021, Department of Education restricted student activities, therefore the Chefs will continue to support this event with their own talents and in-depth desire to make ProStart® and culinary experiences rewarding for students by helping to raise funds for this worthy cause. 

While Odyssey dinners have long featured wonderful wines, we’re pleased to announce the addition of a featured Vintner to the event. This is the ORA’s only event open to the public. 

Partner Levels & Marketing Return on Investment

Master Chef- $ 5,250 
- Receive the benefits of a Master Chef Partner, which includes one table of 10 to each Odyssey dinner location; a framed Odyssey poster autographed and presented by participating chefs 
- Your Partner logo on promotional materials to include invitations and check presenters. 
- Your Partnership will be promoted through our digital marketing efforts on the competition screens, in A’ la Carte e-News, as well as the website event page, in pre-event and post-event marketing through our ORA Restaurateur magazine. 

Executive Chef - $ 2,750 
- Includes a total of 8 seats to use at one Odyssey dinner location or to share between dinner locations. 
- Your Partner logo on promotional materials to include invitations and check presenters. 
- Your Partnership will be promoted through our digital marketing efforts on the competition screens, in A’ la Carte e-News, as well as the website event page, in pre-event and post-event marketing through our ORA Restaurateur magazine.

Sous Chef - $ 1,250 
- Includes a total of 4 seats to use at one Odyssey dinner location or to share between dinner locations. 
- Your Partner logo on promotional materials to include invitations and check presenters. 
- Your Partnership will be promoted through our digital marketing efforts on the competition screens, in A’ la Carte e-News, as well as the website event page, in pre-event and post-event marketing through the ORA Restaurateur magazine.

Mentor Chef - $ 625 
-Includes 2 seats to one Odyssey dinner location or to share between dinner locations. 
- Your Partner logo on promotional materials to include invitations and check presenters. 
-Your Partnership will be promoted through our digital marketing efforts in A’ la Carte e-News, as well as the website event page, in pre-event and post-event marketing through our ORA Restaurateur magazine, on-site production promotions, and the on-site printed program if the event dictates.
