Cleaning Up Company Payables – This class will identify if your company payables are out of balance using Reports. Learn methods for how to fix and/or clean up any discrepancies. Keep your payables clean by monitoring them on a monthly basis.
Direct Bill Reconciliations-Commission Download – This session is all about Direct Bill. We’ll cover how to reconcile/enter Direct Bill in TAM based on your agency’s setup, whether you are manually entering the transactions, using Direct Bill Commission Download, utilizing Automated Download Invoicing (ADI), or Importing Direct Bill Transactions.
Excel -- Bring your laptop and get some hands on experience with taking your data to excel and working with it in many different ways like sorting, subtotaling & filtering. Once you register for this class you will be emailed a spreadsheet that you need to have for you laptop to do the hands on functions.
