RTC and Endorphin Fitness have partnered to bring you a customized training program to get you set for the RTC Sprint! This program will get you to the start line confident and ready for a great RTC Sprint race. Convenient locations for swim, bike and run training, and expert coaching from Sponsor Endorphin Fitness. Dates - Feb 26 - April 23 (no practice Easter Sunday)
Practice Schedule - 8-9am swim, 9-10am bike/run. The 2nd practice will predominately be bike but we will incorporate some run technique training at the end of practices.
