26th Annual International NAME Conference • Cleveland, Ohio • Nov. 9-13
NAME offers two packages types:
Package "A" options includes special meal events
Package "B" options do not include special meal events
NOTES: 1. There are no refunds for presenters registered in any category
or anyone using presenter registration.
2. The deadline to request a refund has passed.

NAME Refund Policy: The refund deadlines have passed. Upon written request, a full refund for cancelation, minus a $50 processing fee, will be given through August 31, 2016 and half refund, minus $50 processing fee will be given September 1-15, 2016. No full or partial refunds can be given after September 15, 2016. NO REFUNDS CAN BE GIVEN FOR THE PRESENTER'S CONFERENCE REGISTRATION.
