IESMA Conference Vendors should select this option to register for the 2014 IESMA Conference and Training Event.
Details
This year�s conference May 1 � 3rd, 2014 will be again at the Marriott Bloomington � Normal Hotel and Conference Center located at 201 Broadway Ave Normal, Illinois. Our Attendees come from virtually every county in Illinois with representation from different disciplines such as emergency management, police, fire, EMS, public health and others. This is an opportunity for you to display your products and services to many public safety decision makers across the State of Illinois. The dates of the conference are May 1 � 3rd, 2014

We encourage you to take advantage of this great opportunity. The IESMA conference not only allows your organization to display products and services, but also meet and work directly with people and agencies that directly buy and/or use your products.

Vendor Booth Space: Space is limited 25 vendors and each booth is provided 8 foot by 8 foot tables, two chairs and a table cloth. The cost will be $300 for display packages. Friday May 2nd we invite vendors to join us for a light breakfast and lunch that we will provide. Any vendor that has additional personnel, please note there will be a charge of $20 per person for lunch. Friday May 2nd we will also be having the IESMA banquet and awards ceremony for any vendor interested in attending it is 30.00 per person. Please make sure to check any additional charges on the form.

Presidents Banquet and Awards Ceremony � 35.00 per person

Booths will be set up in the hallway surrounding the conference sessions. Please check in at the registration desk upon arriving. The vendor will be responsible for paying the Hotel & Conference Center directly for any other charges that the vendor may incur during the conference.

Sponsorship: We also encourage you to co-sponsor a Networking Reception the evening of Thursday May 1, 2014 the reception room will begin around 7:00 p.m. This will allow the sponsor additional display opportunities and extended networking in a more informal setting.

Booth Set Up: Booth displays may be set �up starting May 1, 2014 at 12:00 pm, May 2nd 8:00 am, and
May 1, 2014 � Pre-Conference sessions � vendors can start setting up at 12:00 pm � 9:00pm
May 2nd, 2014 � Full Conference day � Vendors set up 7:30 am -4:00 pm
May 3rd, 2014 � � day Conference � Vendors set up at 7:30 am � 12:00 pm

Cancellations: Upon receipt of registration form and payment by IESMA, the vendor is responsible for full payment regardless of conference attendance

Lodging: After registering for the conference you will receive a confirmation email. As a vendor, you will be responsible for your guest room accommodations. The confirmation email will provide you with detail on the group rate. All guest room accommodations must be made by April 8, 2014.

Payment: Payment will be accepted by credit card using the IESMA website or by mailing a check to the provided address below. Payment must be received by Friday April 25, 2014.
