Dennis Desprois Dennis Desprois Art Medium(s):   acrylic   el Pedregal Contact Info:    Web: www.dennisdesproisart.com Artist Statement Being an artist at heart, over the years that photography was his principle medium, Desprois always had a painting in progress and after retiring from sports photography, he decided that the time was right to commit to being a full time artist and to concentrate solely on painting. Always evolving, Desprois describes himself as going through ?phases? artistically. Fauvist landscapes, art deco woman and fashions, Mediterranean scenes, gondolas on Venice canals and most recently, a series of thirty ballerina paintings. In the past fifteen years, Desprois? paintings have been in galleries in northern California and in Scottsdale. Desprois admits that he has never had any lofty aspirations or inspirational goals for his art, simply wanting people to like it enough to buy it.		Member Profile: S.F.
