In this educational session presented by Stephen and Thomas Sinas, CPAN Associate General Counsel, participants will learn how to:  avoid no-fault related litigation, use assignments post-Covenant ruling, and prepare for litigation, if your organization goes to court.  There will be time for Q & A.  The cost of this session is $25, $35 for non-members and includes handouts and refreshments.
