Online Training Sessions We offer an extensive online help system and provide ticket-based email and phone support, but an online training session is very helpful in introducing the MemberLeap modules and their respective features to new clients. These sessions will be recorded and placed in your File Archive for reference later. As needed, additional sessions can be purchased later through the ticket system. |

Domain Name Registration
While you continue to own your domains, we prefer to be listed as the Admin Organization on record, which allows us to monitor when renewals are due and avoid domains expiring. At renewal time, we will automatically renew your domains and then invoice you via a line item for this expense on your monthly invoice ($15 per domain and $25 per domain with UCC).
A Unified Communications Certificate (UCC) is an SSL certificate that is required to secure a primary domain name and then allow additional domains to point at it. Example,
- Primary domain ($25 with UCC) - domain.com that other domains point to
- Additional domains ($15 each) - domain.net and domain.info automatically redirects to domain.com
