Details:
Under the supervision of the Water Reclamation Superintendent, oversees the work of Maintenance Workers and Laborers performing sewer maintenance duties (e.g., assigns and reviews work, trains employees, provides direction and assistance as needed, and ensures compliance with safety practices and procedures).
Operates a variety of light to heavy equipment (e.g., sewer-jet truck, dump truck, front-end loader, backhoe, etc.) to perform sewer maintenance and repair.
Performs general maintenance and repair of equipment and vehicles; may fabricate parts for repairs.
Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance.
Meets all job and safety requirements and applicable OSHA safety standards for essential functions.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must hold a valid OH Driver's License
Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B with Tanker Endorsement is required prior to start
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous sewer collection experience
Collections license

Salary and Benefits:
This position falls under the Utility Workers Union of America (UWUA), and pay is per contract range ($24.42/hr to $32.17/hr).
