The City of Piqua, Ohio is accepting applications for a Wastewater Treatment Operator or Operator-In-Training in the Wastewater Department. The Wastewater Treatment Operator is responsible for plant and lift station operations and maintenance at the City of Piqua's activated sludge wastewater treatment plant to ensure effective and efficient operation in compliance with all Federal, State, and Local Regulations. Duties will include routine plant analysis and perform or assist in performing preventive reactive and corrective maintenance on plant and life station equipment including pumps, valves, gates, blowers, sensors, gauges and various other electrical and mechanical equipment. The Wastewater Operator will convey plant and lift-station operating conditions to appropriate supervisory. Visit piquaoh.gov to apply.
