Purpose

The full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist will assist the Account Receivable Supervisor in collection efforts, the processing of accounts receivable transactions, and the maintenance of customer data related to financial transactions.

Responsibilities

Strong focus in collections and associated functions, including manage aging reports
Process accounts receivable transactions
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Provide support for internal and external audits
Ad-hoc internal and external requests
Prepare cash receipts for processing
Updating and researching client accounts based on payment or contact information
Maintaining customer portals and vendor set-ups for invoice submission



Qualifications:
Experience & Qualifications

Preferred an associate degree in accounting or related field
2-3 years of experience with collections, invoicing, and/or accounts receivable
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy
Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
Preferred experience with SalesForce.com
Experience with accounting software required
Proof of COVID 19 vaccination required, except in limited circumstances where a legally recognized medical or religious exemption may be able to be accommodated.

Comments:
Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $47,000 - $55,000 per year. Benefits include the option to participate in medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances; a 401K plan with a company match; and generous paid time off.
