Located in Holland, MI, the City of Wyoming\'s Donald K. Shine Drinking Water Plant is seeking a qualified person to fill the position of Maintenance Technician 2 with a strong background in HVAC. This position is responsible for maintaining plant HVAC systems including MAUs, RTUs, chillers, boilers, dehumidifiers, unit heaters, and air conditioners, as well as a wide variety of drinking water plant maintenance. Examples can include repairing HVAC systems, pumps, valves, plumbing, blowers, conveyors, centrifuges, and more. Desired qualifications include a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning License and a State of Michigan Mechanical Contractor License along with a strong background in one or more of the following: HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, pumps, automotive repair, or maintenance in an industrial facility.

Wage: $23.73-$29.28 per hour

Qualifications:
A. High school diploma or equivalent and five years of progressively responsible experience in field of maintenance, construction, or applicable field. A combination of education and experience may substitute for the five-year requirement.

B. Obtain and maintain lift truck, scissor lift, aerial lift, and other licenses and certifications as required.

C. Possess a valid Michigan motor vehicle operator’s license.
