Help shape the future of Amazon! Be part of Amazon’s amazing growth as a Sr. Treasury Analyst in Treasury’s Business Support Team. This team works cross functionally to support Amazon’s global business and country expansions, and this role will lead internal /external reviews of new and existing Amazon third-party payment providers along with bank partner risk assessments.

This position requires a self-starter who collaborates well with internal and external stakeholders, manages bank relationships, and drives business requirements in different geographies, all while working hard, having fun, and making history. The individual should possess solid business judgement, the ability to drive results, show attention to detail, dive deep into data, and problem solve. Candidates should possess the ability to influence teams with competing priorities, and to work cross-functionally with organizations including: Compliance, Legal, Fraud, Payment Services, Denied Party Screening, etc. Skills required include: 1) Ownership for delivery of time-sensitive requirements; 2) Consistent project management execution; and 3) Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to anticipate, identify, and communicate risks and recommendations to the Treasury Leadership. This role leads in promoting and maintaining a strong controllership environment. This role also requires the candidate to be able to identify and execute measurable process improvements.

Key job responsibilities
• Lead Project Manager required to: Manage internal collaboration and delivery of time-sensitive Treasury compliance and risk requirements, coordinate timelines and deliverables with bank partners, and align resources internally with partner organizations. Lead Treasury project life cycle: scoping, documentation, implementation, feedback reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Develop strategic relationships with your business partners to facilitate collaboration of diverse considerations and timely deliverables
• Design and share detailed reporting/visibility packages related to project status: Treasury Compliance and Risk deliverable backlog, performance to plan, etc.
• Dive deep, take the lead, and drive measurable process improvements, throughout the team, and the greater Treasury organization.
• Potentially assist in special Treasury projects like In-house Bank, Multilateral Netting, Pay on behalf of structures, global bank selection (request for information), etc.
• Ensure compliance with Global Treasury internal control guidelines and policies

A day in the life
A typical day in this roll would include a combination of the following: working with and leading domestic and international business partner coordination on Treasury compliance and risk projects, diving deep into payment processes with internal stakeholders, reviewing banking documentation, and providing leadership project status updates on initiatives you\\\'re managing.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of finance experience or a related analytical field.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of project management, contract negotiation, and documentation skills
- 2+ years of experience working for a multi-national corporation or bank supporting third-party payment reviews.
