Position Overview:

Nfinite is looking for a strong Global Controller to be an integral part of our Finance team. This person will be responsible for overseeing the accounting function, preparing financial statements, ensuring tax compliance and leading our company’s first audit.

We are looking for someone who likes building processes and teams from the ground up and has experience working in a start-up environment. You will be working collaboratively across the organization to develop strong, efficient processes and controls for financial oversight.

As nfinite’s Global Controller, you will be responsible for:

Managing month end close process, A/R and A/P functions for US parent; close and consolidation process globally

Own and direct the company's entire accounting operation, including establishing and enforcing policies, procedures, and controls; including preparing for and leading process for company’s first audit

Prepare, analyze, and communicate financial statements and results

Evaluate and implement new ERP system to support company growth

Work closely with CFO on financial reporting to investors and other third parties, and in support of planning and budgeting processes

Contribute to budgeting and forecasting and provide intelligence around variances to plan

Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices

Build and manage a team to conduct the company's accounting functions

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years accounting and finance experience

Experience in high growth or venture backed scaling

Proven ability to hire, train and retain a team – strong leadership skills

Deep expertise in accounting policies and procedures with experience establishing, managing, and evolving them in early stage, high growth companies

Preferred Qualifications:

Deep knowledge of SaaS accounting and business models, health industry experience definite advantage

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

Experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller who has successfully scaled a high-growth software company

Global experience with subsidiary accounting and consolidation

Previous experience directly overseeing the implementation of ERP system (Netsuite ideal) in addition to experience working with startup technology stack

Strong technical accounting background with a thorough knowledge of US GAAP, specific familiarity with with ASC 606, CPA preferred

Automation mindset and proven experience creating scalable systems and automating routine processes across accounting workflows

Highly organized and diligent with the ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority projects

Strong interpersonal skills, an ability to work cross functionally, and a knack for presenting financial information in a way that others can understand easily
