Director, Food and Beverage Operations
Well-established and recognized private club which has been in business and successfully operated for decades in northeastern Oklahoma. Its legendary services, facilities and sites have attracted members and guests from throughout the region. The club offers fine dining, private parties, restaurants, and indoor and cabana bars.
The club has over 1,000 members, 190 employees, including 70 staff members in food and beverage operations, and generates over $50 mil. in annual revenues, including $4 mil. in the food and beverage business.
- Reports to: CEO
- Manages: Food and Beverage operations, and 70 employees, through subordinate supervisors including the Executive Chef, Kitchen Managers (3), Club Managers (2), and Bar Manager.
- Responsible for: Planning, managing, and participating in the Club’s food and beverage operations ensuring that quality and service standards are met and that guest expectations are exceeded.
EDUCATION -- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in a hospitality-related field or related discipline.
EXPERIENCE -- At least five to seven years of progressively responsible related experience in food and beverage operations management in a similar fine dining club or high-quality restaurant business.
- Related experience in a country club or fine dining club highly desirable.
- Prefer related experience in attracting and servicing banquet and private party business.
