Supervisor: Director of Food & Beverage
The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee operations in the hotel’s food and beverage areas through coordination and support of the front of house team. The Supervisor is to ensure that all standards of service and food execution are upheld at all times, and to address any guest concerns that may arise during service.
The Restaurant Supervisor will assist management with certain operational tasks such as purchasing, organization, cleanliness, or training.
The Restaurant Supervisor will not schedule, hire, discipline or terminate fellow associates.
Leads by example, participating in line positions as needed to ensure successful service.
Ensures that all staff have arrived for their shifts and the restaurant is prepared for service.
Checks out front of house staff at the end of their shifts, ensuring sidework duties have been completed and checkout reports / cash drops have been submitted appropriately.
Ensures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience by upholding standards and speaking with our guests to confirm quality in each interaction.
Handles customer complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner.
Ensures compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations, including assisting the team with the stoppage of service when necessary.
Conducts daily inspection of restaurant and equipment to ensure cleanliness and proper operation; communicates any repair needs to management and / or the engineering department.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
Excellent time management skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Current liquor license issued by the Oklahoma ABLE Commission.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous restaurant experience required; management experience preferred.
Successful completion of corporate training program required.
Ability to traverse all parts of the operation quickly.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 40-50 pounds at times.
