Sewer Maintenance Supervisor II - EXAM


The City of Columbus Department of Public Utilities is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Sewer Maintenance Supervisor II. To apply, you must first take the open competitive examination. Applications must be submitted to the Civil Service Commission by applying on-line at www.csc.columbus.gov by 5/27/2021. Applicant tracking is now managed by NEOGOV. If you do not already have a profile in NEOGOV, you will have to set up a new one in NEOGOV before you can submit an application.

This position is responsible for supervising crews engaged in the construction, maintenance, power cleaning, or repair of wastewater/stormwater collection system. To qualify you must have completed the twelfth school grade and two (2) years of experience supervising employees engaged in the construction, maintenance, and repair of underground utilities or general construction work. Substitution(s): A certificate of high school equivalence (GED) will be accepted in lieu of a diploma. Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator's license.
Salary $59,301 - $88,962.
