Details:
Under general supervision of the Water Manager, is responsible for the proper and efficient operations of a water treatment plant and pump stations which involves performing chemical and bacteriological analysis, making daily and monthly reports on the operation of the plant and performing routine maintenance and repair on pump stations. Will be certified as an operator of record with OEPA. Performs other duties as requested.



Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED; supplemented by (12) months pertinent experience in water or wastewater systems or equivalent treatment plant facility experience, or equivalent combination of training and experience. Commercial Driver's License required within six (6) months of appointment. Must possess a State of Ohio Class I Water License upon hire.
Physical ability to perform repairs at all plant sites with reasonable accommodation.
Valid Ohio Driver's License.
