Qualifications:
We are currently accepting applications for a service-minded Controller to join the Business Office team at The College of Idaho. Working directly with, and supporting the Vice President for Finance and Administration, the Controller will provide solid inclusive leadership for the Business Office team, oversight of the timely and accurate reporting of financial information for the College and to control and safeguard College assets, including planning and directing of all College accounting functions to include but not limited to, day to day internal and external financial reporting, cash management, budgeting, and fixed asset accounting.

The ideal candidate will possess solid GAAP accounting knowledge and skills, a minimum of eight years accounting experience, CPA preferred, exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate in a culturally diverse workplace, provide vision and direction for the Business Office team and others, ability to develop and implement strategic action plans.
