Details:
Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Engineering, designs, operates, oversees and maintains the Division's geographic information system (GIS) and Cityworks database assuring accuracy and completeness of information; also responsible for maintaining the County Capital Improvement Fund (CCIF) database and related work records in association with the water and sewer "B" permits.

Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
*Four to six years of related geographic information systems (GIS) experience.
*Interpersonal skills necessary to work productively with all levels of staff, representatives of the County and local communities, consultants, and others in the exchange of information.
*Computer skills and analytical ability necessary to extract needed data.
*Mental ability to handle pressures related to working on tasks requiring accuracy and attention to detail.
*Physical ability to properly operate required office equipment, retrieve documents from office files, transport items weighing up to 20 pounds, and sit for prolonged periods of time when performing data input.
*Must have a valid Michigan driver's license and qualify to drive a Division vehicle in compliance with the Division Driver Policy.
