About the team
Zillow Group is looking for a Senior Treasury Analyst to focus on cash management and treasury operations as part of our centralized Treasury team. This is a new role, and you'll be helping to build a world-class treasury operation that supports Zillow's focus on making home buying and selling easier for consumers.

In this role, you will:
-Build Treasury operational processes that promote strong internal controls, increase efficiency, and enable rapid scaling
-Prepare and analyze daily cash position, ensuring adequate cash and liquidity is available to meet financial obligations and regulatory requirements
-Execute cash management activities, including wire transfer requests, intercompany balance clearing and settlements, and escrow account funding
-Perform Treasury due diligence for new products or acquisitions, develop related business requirements and process/control workflows, and coordinate implementation of Treasury processes and services
-Manage all bank account activity, including opening and closing accounts, updating bank signatories, and implementing changes to bank services
-Assist in the development of cash forecasting models and reconciliation of variances
-Partner with financial applications team and banking partners to implement automation where appropriate
-Lead and/or assist with special projects within the Treasury team, such as RFPs, contract negotiations, and integrations
-Work directly with stakeholders to deliver on various activities including:
---Banking KYC requests
---Monthly accounting close and quarterly financial reporting
---Cash flow budgeting, planning, and forecasting
---Compliance requests
---Internal and external audit

Qualifications:
-4+ years of increasing experience in corporate Treasury at a public company
-Experience with banking software and Treasury workstations
-Demonstrate a high level of initiative, able to learn quickly and operate in a complex environment with limited direction
-Project management mindset, able to anticipate obstacles, highlight risks, and map out process and controls for existing and new business processes
-Excellent relationship building skills, able to partner cross-functionally and influence both internal and external partners
-Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
-Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business or Accounting
