Building Maintenance Supervisor I Exam

The City of Columbus is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Building Maintenance Supervisor I. To apply, one must first take the open-competitive examination. Building Maintenance Supervisor I-This position will be responsible for supervising a crew and participating in a wide variety of maintenance and surveillance duties both in and out of buildings. To qualify you must have completed the twelfth grade and one (1) year of experience in building maintenance or repair work with the City of Columbus of comparable experience. Substitution(s): A GED will be accepted in lieu of completion of the twelfth grade. Possession of a valid driver’s license is required. Salary: $46,127 - $69,190.
