The City of Columbus Department of Public Utilities is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Engineer 1. This position will assist with the management of capital improvement projects in the Technical Support Section within the Division of Water (DOW). Primary responsibilities include serving as a project manager for planning, design, and construction of projects related to reservoirs, dams, water treatment plants, groundwater wells, pump stations, etc. Prior experience with the design, construction, or operation of water supply / water treatment projects is preferred.




Qualifications:

To qualify you must have a valid State of Ohio certificate as a registered Professional Engineer, and possess a valid motor vehicle operator’s license. Salary range $64,839 - $97,235 per year.
