The Cash Management Operations Administrator will provide a variety of complex technical and administrative support for the Cash Management department. This position will administer the compliance training and Business Resumption Plan programs and support department compliance requirements and provide support to meet audit and reporting needs.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

• Primary point of contact for the Cash Management Compliance Training program. Works with Learning Management team to ensure that the training calendar is updated with all required courses, and compliance training is assigned to new employees
• Update and maintain the Cash Management department’s RPX Business Resumption Plan. Participate in all RPX tests, and coordinate RPX backup (member of CM Support Team).
• Schedule department staff meetings; takes and presents meeting minutes, provide calendar updates as necessary
• Track department initiatives/projects and report on progress
• Represent department in projects related to new services and/or service upgrades; escalate issues/decisions to Cash Management Director or designee
• Conduct quality assurance reviews for all new service implementations and user and/or service changes
• Conduct monthly audits of all new service setups to ensure all required documents have been received
• Perform a daily review of all previous day BeB limit changes
• Conduct monthly audits of RSA tokens
• Maintain RSA token inventory, place orders for replacements and manage expiring token.
• Review any FIS or Fiserv bulletins and distribute to the team
• Schedule meetings for the department to attend FIS webinars related to scheduled releases
• Schedule meetings for the department to attend any Fiserv webinars related to scheduled releases
• Coordinate with Cash Management Support Team Manager for any User Acceptance training required for new releases (FIS and/or Fiserv)
• Coordinate with Cash Management Support Team Manager to ensure that training materials for Cash Management staff members and clients are up to date
• Review/update department’s procedural inventory as necessary and assist with quarterly certification
• Provide backup customer service coverage for CM Support Specialists when necessary
• Provide monthly customer complaint reports to Compliance
• Update the department’s Compliance Dashboard
• Maintain the department’s SharePoint site and ensure that updated information is available
• Prepare monthly sales tracking reports
• Provide administrative support to Cash Management Director as needed
• Represent department at Compliance meetings
• Place orders for department supplies
• Provide backup customer service support for Cash Management Support Specialists


Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• 4 years of experience in a Cash Management sales or support role
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and with people of diverse backgrounds
• Exhibits high ethical standards, excellent judgment, and ability to accept responsibility and handle confidential information
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure, while maintaining a professional, empathetic and agreeable demeanor
• Ability to anticipate, accept and facilitate change, caused by branch and department needs and regulatory requirements
