Survey Project Manager
The Survey Project Manager is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating project activities to ensure that the completed project meets client expectations and project constraints.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in surveying from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
Registered Surveyor in the State of Colorado, or able to obtain licensure in six months.
Minimum eight years’ experience in land surveying.
Computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Civil3D, and accounting software.
Ability to work well with, coach and direct others with different personalities and professional styles.
Proven ability to establish and maintain client relationships.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to plan and deliver effective oral and written presentations.
Strong knowledge of local, state and federal regulations.
Knowledge of business fundamentals, including project control and client relations.
General knowledge of preparing proposals.
Ability to handle and delegate multiple tasks and projects
Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
Boundary analysis and PLSS breakdown experience a plus.
