JACOBS is a global leader in the water and wastewater treatment industry. Currently we are seeking an Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator for a full-time position. Daily responsibilities include operation of wastewater treatment equipment; chemical feed systems, sludge processing equipment, pumps and valves. A successful candidate must be able to: communicate through oral and written instruction, possess mechanical aptitude and function as part of a team; and independently identify problems. Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a Michigan Class D Wastewater Treatment License, valid driver's license, high school diploma or equivalent. A degree in environmental science, biology or chemistry; experience in a treatment facility, and mechanical aptitude are preferred. Competitive salary and benefits.
