|Title:||Treasury Management Operations Specialist|
|Details:||The Commerce Bank of Washington, a division of Zions Bancorporation is currently seeking the optimal candidate to fill a Treasury Management Operations Specialist position in Seattle, WA. This individual will be responsible for ensuring a high level of client support and maintaining the back office administration for all TM products and services. The ideal candidate will have a banking background with a working knowledge of TM products including Merchant Services, Card Services, Account Analysis, Remote Deposits, Positive Pay, ACH, Internet Banking and more.|
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Customer Service : Primary client support (Tier 1) for all Treasury Management products and services. This will include fielding client requests, both via phone and e-mail. This will also include acting as subject matter expert for internal staff and liaison to Relationship Managers.
Back Office Operations : Maintain and board new client relationships through administrative systems. Conduct new product implementation and training of products and services via WebEX or onsite. Responsible for quality control of submitted applications and documentation.
Administrative Tasks : Responsible for general ledger reconciliation of department accounts, and reviewing of reports that require action on a daily, monthly or quarterly basis. Upkeep related to access database repositories. Administer reports via MS access and excel to provide KPI and dashboard reporting to senior management.
Backup other department responsibilities to include ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.

|Qualifications:||STRONGLY PREFERRED Bachelorâ€™s Degree in business, accounting or a related field; MUST HAVE at least a high school diploma and one year of banking, bank products or accounting experience|
MUST HAVE former banking industry experience
Positive team attitude with the ability to get along well with other staff members
Experience supporting a call volume of 20+ calls/day
Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize, manage multi-tasks and meet frequent deadlines
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel
Knowledge of pertinent laws and regulations related to banking compliance
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred
Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience preferred

Hours: Position is a full-time (40 hours) 8-5 PM, Monday through Friday excluding Banking Holidays. Overtime may be required throughout the year.
