Solid Waste Supervisor

The Lake County Department of Utilities is accepting applications for the position of Solid Waste Supervisor. A High School Diploma or GED, and at least Four (4) years’ equivalent experience, and supervisor training techniques, is preferred. A valid Ohio Driver’s License with a safe driving record and a drug screen are required.
Applicants should have experience in the following areas:
• Operating landscape and heavy equipment
• Supervising and handling personnel effectively
• Identifying problems and make effective decisions in work assignments
• Equipment, instruments, materials and operating practices for solid waste management
• Communication and public relations



Comments:

Starting salary range is $24.45 to $31.30 per hour depending on qualifications.
