WADE TRIM is a full service engineering firm consistently recognized for our award winning solutions. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager in Highland Park, MI to join our team.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of seven years of operations management experience and a S-2 certification. Basic knowledge of electricity, pumps, chemistry, math and a valid driver’s license is also required. A CDL is a plus! Must be able to respond to call out jobs within one hour every other week. Typical responsibilities include:


•Maintain project budgets and schedules
•Maintain frequent and positive contact with client
•Assess manpower needs
•Maintain a safe working environment
•Present safety compliance issues to employees
•Attend project and public meetings
•Review and recommending new software and equipment
•Maintain computer generated maintenance program
•Maintain a positive work environment
•Oversee the training of employees
•Work with outside contractors
•Maintain active certification status
•Attend periodic training sessions as required
•Select training courses for non exempt employees
•Maintain safe working environment
