Details:
The Mannik & Smith Group, Inc. (MSG), a Civil Engineering and Environmental Consulting firm with an excellent reputation, has an opening for a Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator. This position is a part time position, working 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities include laboratory analysis, machinery operation, basic machinery maintenance and reading and recording information. Candidate must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb ladders. Candidate will be required to hold a valid driver’s license and pass a medical physical and obtain a Class D Wastewater Operator’s License within 18 months.


Qualifications:
Preferred candidate will have experience in the operation of wastewater treatment plants with the following certifications:

A-1b Plain Clarification
A-1d Impoundment
B-1b Neutralization
B-2a Chemical Clarification
B-2c Oil – Water Separation
