This position supports the TM Sales Officer with pre-call research, developing proposals, and preparing post-sales customer documentation and interim documentation updates. Serves as a liaison between the customer, the sales officer, and the Cash Management Operations team to ensure a satisfactory implementation experience. Responsible for having a strong knowledge of the portfolio to successfully analyze decisions made for the client. Provides sales backup for the TM Sales Officer and may conduct joint sales calls with the TM Sales Officer and Relationship Managers.

Qualifications:
*Provide sales support to assigned sales officers by participating in pre-call research, creating proposals and presentations and responding to RFP’s.
*Conduct research and prepare presentations for annual relationship reviews.
*Prepare product agreements, obtain legal documentation and proactively track and obtain outstanding agreements.
*Facilitate all product training for new customers and new users, either by phone or in person, as needed.
*Participate in maintaining procedures for forms and agreements.
*May attend sales and product training in addition to service and operations training.
*May participate in outside customer calls.
*Create and manage implementation plans for large, complex clients.
*Assist with sales report preparation and billing audits.
*Interview customers by phone to obtain information required to prepare product contracts and specification sheets.
*Follow established procedures for contracts and implementation.
*Adhere to the General Duties and Responsibilities of employees as per the current employee handbook.
*Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Bachelor degree is required as are strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with customers and coworkers.
Requires at least two years (Strongly desires 4+ years) banking experience and familiarity with treasury management products and customer contact experience is highly desired
Two to four year banking experience and familiarity with treasury management products and customer contact experience is required
Proficiency with web-based technology and software installation, including intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite required.
Also essential are strong organizational skills, flexibility in shifting priorities and deadlines, strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with both customer and coworkers.
A demonstrated commitment to proactive, ongoing, self-directed education in subject matter area is required.
Must show proven skill at resolving issues to the client’s satisfaction.
Experience and knowledge of bank treasury products strongly preferred.
