Details:
The Electrical & Controls Crew Leader troubleshoots, installs and repairs electrical and control systems in addition to maintenance on pumps and systems. Experience with 120/240/480 volt electrical systems, pumps and pump controls and variable frequency drives (VFDs) required.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent; AND a minimum of five years industrial electrical and controls installation, maintenance, and repair experience; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Must be able to read and interpret electrical prints/schematics.
• Must possess a minimum of a valid Ohio Class “B” Commercial Driver’s License with air brake and tanker endorsement or obtain within 24 months of hire. Class “A” preferred.
• The ability to communicate in an effective and professional manner with co-workers, vendors, residents and contractors.
• Skill in locating and diagnosing mechanical/electrical malfunctions and performing mechanical/electrical repairs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of 3 phase motor control and line voltage systems
• Comprehensive knowledge of PLC and Electro-Mechanical control system components.
• Comprehensive knowledge of both VFD and Electro-Mechanical motor controls.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical specifications and drawings
• Proficient using a PC, Microsoft Office and various specialty software and equipment used by the District.
• Knowledge and practical application of NEC standards and state codes.
