Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator
The City of Napoleon is currently accepting applications for the position of Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator (Apprentice through Operator III). This position is responsible for performing routine tasks in the operation and maintenance of a wastewater treatment plant. Applicant must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of general maintenance experience is required. A Wastewater Works Operator 1 License issued by the State of Ohio and a valid State of Ohio Class B CDL license will be required within one (1) year if hiring in as an Apprentice. This is a full-time position with a pay range of $14.18 to 26.27 per hour depending on licensing. Applications may be obtained beginning February 8, 2017 between 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. from the City of Napoleon’s Administration Building, 255 W. Riverview Ave PO Box 151, Napoleon, Ohio, 43545 or downloaded from the City of Napoleon’s website www.napoleonohio.com. A properly completed notarized application must be returned to the above address with Operator license, if applicable, by 4:00 p.m. on February 20, 2017 to be considered.
