Tech Challenge presented by Colleen Kelly and Beth Hatch
Would you like to find a fun way to challenge and motivate your staff to engage with Web 2.0 and other new technology? Find out how the Willoughby-Eastlake Public Library got 91% of their staff to participate in their Tech Challenge 2014. They used the Badge OS plug-in with their Wordpress Intranet to challenge their staff in 40 different activities in a competition format. What they started with was an idea of how to get staff involved. What they got was a whole lot more! If you don’t have an Intranet, don’t worry.
