Chronic Pain PATH (Personal Action Toward Health) is a workshop to help people learn the techniques and strategies they need for the day-to-day management of pain. In this 6-week program, which meets for 2.5 hours weekly, participants learn how to manage chronic pain without increasing medications. Topics include pacing and planning, the mind-body connection, distraction techniques, communication, healthy eating, and stress management. Participants develop action plans and problem solve each week. FREE.
