Managing Liquidity and Raising Funds during Times of High Volatility
Please join us for NWAFP’s October 20th virtual meeting with our guest panelists Johannes Thorsteinsson, Treasurer of T- Mobile and Nathaniel Rosenbaum, JP Morgan’s US High Grade Credit Specialist. The panel will discuss the implications of high market volatility on liquidity management and corporate funding activities.
About our panelist
Nathaniel Rosenbaum is a strategist covering the US HG credit market for J.P. Morgan, responsible for providing thought leadership and trade ideas across the HG cash and derivative markets. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Nathaniel held similar positions at Wells Fargo and UBS and served as a senior investment strategist at AIG. Nathaniel holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and History from Northwestern University as well as a Master's degree in Financial Mathematics from the University of Chicago. He is a CFA charterholder.
Johannes Thorsteinsson is the SVP & Treasurer of T-Mobile, responsible for the companies funding, cash management, and insurance activities. Prior to joining T-Mobile, Johannes was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank, covering the Telecom, Media and Technology sectors. He holds an MBA and MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland. Originally from Iceland, he lives with his wife and three children in Kirkland, Washington.
