TCOA is offering "Powerful Tools for Caregivers", a 6-week, interactive workshop that helps non-professional caregivers to take better care of themselves while caring for someone else. Topics include stress management, relaxation, making tough decisions, dealing with difficult emotions, effective communication, and more. In person every Tuesday at The Peoples Church, July 19 - August 23, from 1:30 - 4:00 pm. Donations accepted. FREE.
