The Sparrow Demonstration Kitchen will host a virtual program on how to transition to a more plant based diet or plant-forward eating patterns. We will discuss benefits on plant based diet, what the different types of plant based diets are, and how to cook/prepare food. The cooking demonstration will feature healthy recipes for individuals wanting to incorporate more plant based meals into diet or completely transition to plant based diet. This is a FREE class offered to the community. Pre-registration is required.
