From establishing a treasury organization as a key function in your company to elevating the voice of treasury within an established organization, hear how other companies are making these key steps towards making the voice of treasury an important part of their companies. A panel of experienced treasury experts from T-Mobile, Avalara and the Port of Seattle will discuss how they work within their organization to demonstrate the value of treasury. The panel represents a broad spectrum of domestic and global companies and government and publicly traded corporations.
Featured Panelists: Jason Ishiguro is a Treasury Manager at T-Mobile USA, Inc. focusing on bank and vendor relationship management and daily cash processes. Jason’s treasury career began with T-Mobile in 1999 as a Treasury Specialist. A move to California in 2005 allowed him to gain experience with several large corporate Treasury departments. He returned to T-Mobile in 2010. Jason has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Washington, Seattle.
Diane Campbell joined the Port of Seattle’s Finance & Budget Department as a Financial Analyst in 2005. Diane gained progressive experiences including financing, debt management, operating and capital budgeting, funds management and treasury, until being appointed Treasury Manager in 2014. Diane is responsible for the management of the Port’s investment pool, cash flow and liquidity needs, banking relationship and coordination with various departments on the processing of payments and receipts. Diane is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), and holds a B.S. (Accounting), and M.B.A. (International Business) from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Diane’s career experience includes The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company (Senior Treasury Analyst) and Ingersoll Rand Company (Trade Finance Analyst, and Manager, Pensions Investments)
Bilkay Rose is a Vice President of Global Client Payment Operations at Avalara, Inc, where Bilkay runs the management of client tax funding and remittances, worth over $6 Billion annually. Her career includes management roles in finance and operations at leading technology and telecom companies in the Seattle area. Prior to Avalara, Bilkay was the Director of Revenue Assurance at Clearwire/Sprint, a mobile provider.

The meeting will take place at Washington Athletic Club (WAC) at 1325 Sixth Avenue, Seattle, WA 98101. Meetings are two hours - networking begins at 11am, lunch is served at 11:30am and our program begins at 12pm.
NWAFP provides a 2-hour parking validation when parking in the WAC garage, 1409 Sixth Avenue. This is located a half-block north of the Clubhouse on Sixth Avenue. (From I-5 South bound, exit Union Street, right on 6th and garage entrance on immediate left. From I-5 North bound, exit Seneca, slight right on 6th, garage is two blocks north on left.)
