Description:Fund. of Activated Sludge II follows the course Fund. of Activated Sludge I however, there is little overlap between the two courses. Taking Activated Sludge I is recommended, but it is not a prerequisite for this course.

This course is for those who have been exposed to the activated sludge process in their job and is not for the novice in the wastewater treatment profession. Activated Sludge II will serve as an excellent part of the MDEQ Operator Certification exam preparation.
