Join your fellow members for a fun and educational event focused on
Health, Nutrition and Fitness! June 7 5:30 pm
We are partnering with Fitness Together to offer an event to help you learn how to feel better about your overall health and fitness. As professionals that help our aging population as well as take care of our own families, we tend to NOT take care of ourselves (how we eat, exercise, relieve stress)!
The training professionals at Fitness Together will educate us on:
- Making fitness and exercise part of a successful, healthy lifestyle
- Starting a personal health and fitness journey focused on short and long term success
- Eating for energy and Performance
- Why fat loss matters more than what the scale says
- Difference between fitness and health care
- Accurately self-evaluate your own health and fitness
- AND-
For those willing, a session of putting this in motion (yes, that means a fun, effective workout!)
EVERYONE can enjoy a recovery smoothie!
So, come for the education and exercise OR just for the education (PLUS, the smoothie) and spend some "down" time with fellow members!
(Space is limited to 40 people for the educational session and 20 for the Fitness session so reserve your spot early!)
Fitness Together is the industry leading personal training company and will be hosting a workshop and training session, set up to showcase a complete, reasonable and effective, exercise and nutrition approach.
