Cancellation and Refund Policy: If space is cancelled in writing and received by CAHAM greater than 60
calendar days prior to the conference, 50% of total payment will be forfeited. If space is cancelled in writing and
received by CAHAM less than 60 calendar days prior to the conference, FULL payment will be forfeited.

Door Prize: All exhibitors are required to donate a door prize for the giveaway which will be raffled off at
the Vendor Appreciation Luncheon on Monday, August 27, 2018.
