Director of ConstructionReports to: CEOFLSA: ExemptJob SummaryThe Director of Construction provides leadership and overall direction to the construction division and to our customers. The Director of Construction is a member of the Senior Management Team, and is responsible for all aspects of the day to day leadership and operational management within the Construction Services Division. This position requires a driven, confident, energetic leader who has the experience to mentor and grow high performing construction teams.Job Dutiesâ¢ Develop and Implement Construction Operating Plan.â¢ Lead, direct, and coordinate the daily operations activities of the construction department.â¢ Provides oversight and pre-development input to the purchasing / estimating team.â¢ Plans and coordinates all final construction documents, schedules, and collaborates with estimating and purchasing.â¢ Responsible for all aspects of multiple projects from start to finish.â¢ Provide leadership and oversight, internal and external, regarding the successful execution of the project work flow and task management with the collective team.â¢ Oversee the preparation of weekly & monthly reports on project progress.â¢ Regularly updates the project schedules.â¢ Responsible for ongoing resource development.â¢ Analyzes job costs and manages the project to the closing budget.â¢ Mediate situations of conflict and find mutual resolution with all respective parties, both internally and externally. â¢ Perform Performance Evaluations for construction associates.â¢ Ensures associates and subcontractors remain in compliance with company safety standards.â¢ Executes successful completion and close-out and the acceptance of each project.

Driving Scholarship Fundraiser Challenge
CASF invites you to participate in the 2017 ultimate driving challenge to be held at XTREME ACTION PARK –Florida’s longest and fastest indoor kart track! It is located at 5300 Powerline Road Suite 210, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309. At this time we are looking for sponsors for this event.
Race format: 6 person team: 4 drivers, one Crew Chief and one Communications Leader. Two separate races with a total of 22 teams. Each team should have 4 drivers per team, one crew chief and one communications leader. The first race will include teams 1-11 and the second race will include teams 12-22. Both teams will race a 65 Lap Race. We'll take the best 2 drivers from the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams and advance them to a 20 Lap Championship Race for a total of 12 drivers in the final!!
Event includes buffet, drinks, raffle, trophies, networking and FUN!!
