Basic Health and Safety Practices - Linden
The misconception that staying safe and healthy while on the job is simply common sense is held by many. Creating and maintaining a culture of 'safety first' takes a great deal of training, emphasis and reinforcement. This class can be an important part of such a program.
Join us Tuesday, September 19th, 2017 at the Linden WRRF. This course is worth 0.6 Other Wastewater and Drinking Water Credits.
07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Eastern
Linden Water Resource Recovery Facility 6450 Silver Lake Road Linden, MI 48451
Registration: 7:00 am Class Starts: 7:30 am Class Ends: 3:00 pm 'Safety first' must be more than just a trite sign on the walls of your plant. Each individual (with your help) has the obligation to return home each day in the same condition (or better) in which they left. Staff must be trained to understand basic safety practices and then make the consistent choice to follow those practices.
